About
I'm Aaliyah. I build kitchens that hold up when I'm not there.
The honest version: I fell into consulting by accident. A kitchen asked me to build out their systems and develop their specials — and I realized the thing I'd been doing instinctively for years was exactly what most independent kitchens don't have.

I've cooked across a lot of different worlds — farm-to-table restaurants, luxury high-volume resorts, the New England Patriots, and small specialty cafes. Each one taught me something different about pressure, volume, and what a kitchen actually needs to survive a Friday night.
That range is the whole point. It taught me which systems hold up under real pressure versus which just look good on paper. A checklist that lives in a binder nobody opens isn't a system. A menu that costs out beautifully but falls apart at 7pm isn't a system either. I learned the difference the hard way, on the line, in kitchens that didn't have the luxury of failing quietly.
Today I work full-time as Sous Chef for Craft + Willow, a catering and events company — while growing Seasoned Flow on the side. I'm not consulting from a desk. I'm still in a kitchen every week, still seeing what breaks, still fixing it.
My goal is simple, and it's the same one I'd want for myself: give you peace of mind that your kitchen runs the same whether I'm in the building or on the beach. Systems, menus, and a team that knows the standard — because the standard is written down and trained, not just remembered by whoever happens to be there.
"Peace of mind that your kitchen runs the same whether I'm in the building or on the beach."
